It features a separation function that prevents the accumulation of chips and grinding wheel debris in the tank, and since the tank is integrated, impurities are less likely to accumulate inside. This time, we would like to introduce a case where the "cutting chip coolant device" was implemented. ○ User Automotive transmission manufacturing company ○ Concern We want to eliminate the regular cleaning of the coolant tank used for gear shaving processing. The chips generated during shaving processing are often saw-like or sharp-edged, which can be painful when they pierce the skin during cleaning. We want to eliminate cleaning tasks to improve the working environment. ○ Introduced Model We proposed our cutting chip sludge cut and it was implemented. ○ Result We were able to eliminate the regular cleaning of the coolant tank for shaving processing. Additionally, since the device can be operated maintenance-free, the maintenance time that was previously required has also been eliminated.
